A hobby of mine lately has been bullet journalling. Although I did have one a while back, I lost the passion but when I decided to make one dedicated to reading and books, I found that passion all over again. For this month, I’ve decided to show off my October cover pages and show what I’ve used to give them a Halloween/October feel.
For the first page, I decided to include a recipe for a Pumpkin Cake Recipe. Although it’s not book related, it’s food related so it’s just as good. I got the recipe and photo from a Your Home magazine and I can’t wait to try it out – perfect for those who don’t actually like the taste of pumpkin but want to live up to that aesthetic.
The next page is what my basic monthly page looks like – give or take the spooky touches. I used black tape with golden moons and stars that I got from Wish as well as stickers I got from the incredibly talented Killerviews on Etsy. I definitely recommend her stickers dedicated to the months as they’re perfect for if you’re like me and hate drawing calendars out free-hand. I also doodled (if that’s what you want to call it) some stars, pumpkins and moons. As well as writing a mini TBR (that I usually never stick to,) I also included a little poem/quote dedicated to October and a little chart which I tend to do each month that I’ll fill in at the end.
Do you keep a bullet journal?
Lots of Love,
Angharad
