Brand Collaboration // Sherbet Box Club

After seeing a tweet sent out by a company called Sherbet Lane asking if any bloggers would be interested in reviewing their upcoming subscription box, I went for it and sent an email to its owner, Claire. A few days later, I got an email back saying that over 100 bloggers had entered and being a small blog, I didn’t think we had a chance but then she revealed that we had been chosen! Before we get into the cute, letterbox size box, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank Claire for allowing us to review her work and I can say now, this is definitely a subscription box I’ll be getting again in the future! If you have subscribed, please be aware of spoilers below!

The SherbetBox Monthly Subscription box comes with handmade items from illustrator, Claire and it’s clear that these were designed with love. I was gifted with the January box and its theme was Positivity which I definitely need a lot of. Upon opening the box, you get a little note from Claire and little illustrations of the contents! As you can see, the items are beautifully wrapped with tissue paper and added confetti!

The first three items I saw was a sheet of right adorable stickers all based on the positive theme! I love them so much and am going to add some to my laptop and current journal! Next up was a little pin badge (make sure you don’t miss this! It is wrapped in tissue) which made me feel a bit better about waking up at 11am that day. Two beautifully wrapped pencils – I’m going to give one to my little cousin for her exams and I’m going to keep the other.

I then found this poster, and after screeching at the Harry Potter quote, immediately put it on my wall. It is beautiful quality (made out of card, I believe) and the perfect size with neat typography. It’s a pastel yellow colour which I’m loving at the moment.

Quick sidenote, but I am loving the yellow items in this box. The choice of colour definitely adds to the ‘positive’ theme, you can’t help but feel happy when confronted with this much bright yellow. Next up is a Gratitude Journal! I’ve heard of these before but getting one ready made for me is perfect. Each day for 100 days gives you a space where you can write one thing that you are grateful for. Looking back on this once it’s done or when you are feeling down will definitely be worthwhile.

“Don’t wait until everything is perfect before you start to enjoy your life.”

You will then find a pack of 5 cheery and positive greeting cards! These are so cute and can be sent for occasions or just because. For me, they have definitely come at the right time as I have a few family birthdays coming up and these are just perfect – especially as Spring will be with us soon. The illustrations are adorable and the cards are so bright and fun – each one also comes with a brown envelope! Like the rest of the contents, the cards are also really good quality.

Overall, I absolutely loved this box and although I knew it was coming, the contents were a complete surprise. I love the theme, the quality of the items and how carefully picked they were. If you are a fan of stationary (and let’s face it, who isn’t?) this is definitely the subscription box for you. You can get it monthly for £14!! Plus, free shipping in the U.K or you can get a gift subscription for 3 months or 6 months. Claire keeps each month’s contents a surprise and you can receive anything from greeting cards, washi tape, gift tags, colouring books and much much more.
